About Me
Kasia Muszynska - Director
I have a career spanning over 10 years in designing and delivering change projects, from small-scale solutions to national programmes of work and change campaigns, in a variety of settings, including healthcare services, local authority, grassroots community organisations and international NGOs such as Save the Children UK. Over the last 5 years, I have dedicated myself to designing and leading national quality improvement collaboratives and patient safety projects in healthcare services while at the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.

I am an accredited APM change management practitioner. In my work I use Project Management (PRINCE2) and Quality Improvement tools. I'm a trained and practicing workplace coach. I use my host of skills and knowledge selectively to choose the approach that works best for you.

Services
I work with clients, providing exceptional consulting services that are catered specifically to their needs. Take a look below at the services I offer and get in touch to achieve immediate results.

The first step to take is to understand the current situation: what do we know about the needs and behaviours of your patient or service user population? What do we know about the social, economic and environmental context in which they engage with you? How are your current systems and processes engaging with your target population? I will analyse available data and, if necessary, design a bespoke scoping process to ensure that I understand the situation your project or organisation is in.

From there, I will work with you to formulate specific project aims and propose an approach to meet them, leveraging and optimising your governance, workforce, resourcing, technology and services to create better outcomes for your organisation and those it benefits.

Project development and delivery
Working with you and your key stakeholders, I will develop a detailed project plan with concrete deliverables against timelines and budgets, underpinned by the principles of:
Person-centred approach (patients, beneficiaries, service users)
Purposeful stakeholder involvement
Measured outcomes
Continuous improvement

To this end, using tools from Project Management, Change Management, and Science for Improvement methodologies, and working under your guidance, I will help you to facilitate the development and delivery of:

Project governance
User feedback and engagement mechanisms
Workforce training, development and support
System, service and process improvement
Resource allocation
Strategic communications
Risk assessments
Data collection and measuring outcomes

Project sustainability
Sustaining change after a project finishes can be a challenge. Embedding quality improvement and high-performance team development tools systematically in project governance and delivery, I will help you to develop a more accountable, team-based working culture, where staff across the organisation are skilled to continuously set targets, measure outcomes against agreed targets, identify areas for improvement and try out new solutions, underpinned by a sense of shared purpose and values.
